This design is themed around the wheel of St Catherine of Alexandria. St. Catherine, an early Christian martyr, was set to the wheels as a torture but miraculously the wheels broke. She was finally martyred by the sword. But the wheel remained a symbol of her martyrdom’s glory, since by the grace of God she was willing to undergo suffering for Jesus by them.
